Ever thought about being an Umpire?

At BYBI, we are proud of the youth umpires who ump the games in our younger leagues. It is great experience for them to learn the game and gain a leadership role, plus they earn money enjoying America's favorite pastime. The registrants take a four-week class and must pass a test in order to be a BYBI umpire. In order to be a BYBI umpire, one must be at least a 'baseball age' of 13 , new umpires must also play in our Spring season in the Senior League.  The classes are free and begin early March.
